Sleepouts have a bathroom built in

From small 4.2mx 2.4m, up to 14.4m x 3.0m including a bathroom.

Some councils have strict regulations as to what constitutes a Sleepout and what constitutes a Minor Dwelling (Granny Flat). If in doubt, check with the Town Planning department at your local council. In most cases, a sleepout is a single room with or without a bathroom, definitely no kitchen allowed.

Colonial Sleepout - 7.2m x 3.0m with 1.6m verandah. It has a bed/sitting room and a bathroom. Somewhere for an independant teenager, elderly parents, or a unit for a camping ground. This is our most popular model.
