Sleepouts have a bathroom built inFrom small 4.2mx 2.4m, up to 14.4m x 3.0m including a bathroom.Some councils have strict regulations as to what constitutes a Sleepout and what constitutes a Minor Dwelling (Granny Flat). If in doubt, check with the Town Planning department at your local council. In most cases, a sleepout is a single room with or without a bathroom, definitely no kitchen allowed. (Just add a kitchenette, and it becomes a Chalet) All units have - 5 double power points (extra PPs available on request)
